Power Rankings (66/67 games)

1. (2.)

NewOrleans

New Orleans Bounty Hunters

46-19

Winning 6/7 against Minnesota and having the best record in baseball earned New Orleans #1.

2. (1.)

Minnesota

Minnesota Baggies

40-25

Getting very hot of late, back on top of the division and will be very dangerous, like always.

3. (6.)

Salem

Salem Witch Hunters

44-22

Taking 2/3 against Vancouver puts Salem at #3.  They will remain up top so long as they stay healthy.

4. (3.)

Vancouver

Vancouver Killivers

44-22

In an unexpected battle with the Phillies for the top team in the AL.  A little competition should due them some good.

5. (10.)

Philadelphia

 Philadelphia Phillies

43-22

They keep climbing.  The pitching is dominant and leading the Phillies to the top.

6. (11.)

Richmond

Richmond Spiders

40-26

The offense is here.  They figured it out and are running away with the South.

7. (7.)

Louisville

Louisville Hill Jacks

39-26

Once again, #7.  Not a bad thing but they are looking to catch up with Philadelphia.

8. (8.)

Charlotte

Charlotte Rae Dawn Chong

37-28

After a slow start, they’re back.  Charlotte is very hot recently and will give any teams trouble.

9. (12.)

Fargo

Fargo Red River

37-28

Still surprising everyone.  The hitting is there and if they find some pitching they could stay in the playoff race.

10. (19.)

LittleRock

Little Rock Bill Clintons

36-29

Sticking around with New Orleans and Charlotte.  Not an easy thing to do but Little Rock is finding a way.

11. (5.)

KansasCity

Kansas City Monarchs

34-31

Slowed down recently.  Still a tough team and right at the top of the West with Colorado.

12. (4.)

Colorado

Colorado U$eful Idiot$

35-30

About more what we expected.  After their hot start they’ve evened out and are dueling with KC for the division lead.

13. (13.)

Hartford

Hartford Crusaders

34-31

Still below what they want to be, but Hartford is a solid team.  They should find form and get hot soon.

14. (25.)

Helena

Helena Big Sky Bombers

35-30

Out of no where came Helena.  Even if they can’t keep it up, it was a very impressive stretch.

15. (9.)

Atlanta

Atlanta Beer Cats

35-31

Still atop their division.  Doesn’t seem to be too much competition for them so they should stay there.

16. (20.)

SanFrancisco

San Francisco Rocks

31-34

Still waiting for them to go on a roll.  More is expected than what they have done so far.

17. (15.)

Rochester

Rochester Sidewinders

34-32

Somehow still above .500 and in the race for the division.  Hard to tell if they can stay.

18. (26.)

NewBritain

New Britain Bulldogs

31-34

Battered and bruised, but not out.  Hope for New Britain isn’t completely gone.

19. (16.)

SanAntonio

San Antonio Bucs

31-35

Slowly losing sight of Richmond.  There’s still time but they can’t afford to lose much more ground.

20. (14.)

Boise

Boise Blue

30-36

Not sure what happened in Boise.  They have collapsed of late and find themselves very far back.

21. (22.)

Augusta

Augusta Moose Heads

29-37

The good news is they keep going up.  Bad news, they are 15 back on Vancouver.

22. (27.)

Arizona

Arizona Royals

27-39

Arizona is continuing to improve.  It is signs of good things for the future.

23. (17.)

Trenton

Trenton Shockmasters

28-37

Disappointing season for Trenton.  They have their eyes set on the future now.

24. (21.)

SantaFe

Santa Fe Bible Thumpers

25-41

Certainly still improving from last season.  Not a bad season in Santa Fe.

25. (23.)

Cincinnati

Cincinnati Red Stockings

27-39

What we expected.  We will see if they try and deal their huge free agent singing.

26. (28.)

Chicago_1

Chicago Wieners

28-38

Still doing well considering their payroll.  Chicago is very excited for things to come.

27. (32.)

LasVegas

Las Vegas Gamblers

27-39

After a terrible start, Las Vegas is actually performing quite well.  Closing in on last seasons win total already.

28. (18.)

Columbus

Columbus Isotopes

24-42

Nothing is going right in Columbus.  Certainly didn’t expect to be where they are.  Hard to guess where the rest of the season will go.

29. (24.)

SanJuan

San Juan Clementes

26-40

Still only 9 back in the division.  I guess things could be worse.

30. (30.)

Houston

Houston Juicers

25-41

Playing the same way they started, not too much going on in Houston.

31. (29.)

TampaBay

Tampa Bay Sharks

24-41

A slow start means a long season in Tampa Bay.

32. (31.)

Anaheim

Anaheim Halos

22-43

Rough times in Anaheim.  I don’t think being 32 will bother them much however.
