Currently in the middle of a 4 game series, these two AL power houses will meet again relatively quickly. Vancouver is off the the start everyone expected out them. One of the top teams in the AL and already 9 up on the second team in their division. Lorenzo Francisco is showing no signs of aging putting up MVP numbers early on. Miguel Alvarez and Walt Burns are also a combined 11-0 early on in the campaign.
On the other side, Colorado is off to the hottest start in baseball. Voted the biggest surprise of the early season, they have powered their way to over 300 runs in just 42 games. Tarrik Franklin has been a big part of that with an amazing 24 home runs already. The U$eful Idiot$ have also been very deadly when it comes to extra innings posting a 7-1 record early on. They have currently lost the first 3 games of a 4 game home stretch against Vancouver, so the series on the road will say a lot about if they really are a top AL contender.
